In this project, we designers from Linja cooperate closely with the client team. The client is the expert in the field, with the most valuable data that enables design improvements. Almost every week we held sprint workshops at the client’s premises. This way we could communicate design requirements, proposals, and make decisions without delay. This way of working lead us to an optimal redesign of the service.
I shoot photos and edit videos. I fly drones and make 3D printers. I facilitate workshops and design apps.
What do I do? I'm a UX designer.
Design for and with people - it is the guiding star of my design practices. I think user experience is about people, and good UX elevates people's life in an unobtrusive way. Good design is innovative, holistic, balanced and aesthetically pleasing.
