Getting aware of the ways you think, not the way you think you’re thinking and not the way you’re think your supposed to think, sounds like heavy stuff for Monday. It’s of course related to mobile devices and apps, but offers also some good rules to get more aware of your thinking routines and how to improve.
As for my Monday contribution I’d like to add a link of a German kids cartoon series with a nice Buddhist mind state. In Tom and the slice of bread with strawberry jam and honey the main character always get’s the desired slice of bread as reward in the end which puts him into a mind state of not needing to think about anything for the rest of the day. This is a great gift and the best starting point to create something mindful.
